Executive Vice President, Design & Construction

Richard Ndoja, Executive Vice President

Florida Certified Building Contractor with a background in Urban Design, Management Information Systems and Business Administration, overseeing design, engineering coordination, construction, technology and project execution across Dome Equities' development activities.

Professional Background

Richard Ndoja serves as Executive Vice President of Design & Construction for Dome Equities, Inc., overseeing the design, planning, construction and technical execution of the company's real estate development activities.

Richard is also a Florida Certified Building Contractor, bringing licensed construction expertise directly into Dome Equities' development and project-delivery process.

His role bridges architecture, engineering, construction, technology and real estate development, helping ensure that projects are planned and executed as integrated assets rather than as a collection of independent building disciplines.

Development Coordination

Richard is involved throughout the development process, from early feasibility, programming and design coordination through budgeting, consultant management, permitting, construction oversight, building-systems integration, quality control and final project completion.

He works closely with architects, structural and MEP engineers, interior designers, landscape professionals, specialty consultants, contractors and skilled trades to coordinate the physical execution of complex development projects.

His work places particular emphasis on architecture, functionality, constructability, construction detailing, material selection, building performance and systems integration. This includes the coordination of sophisticated building technologies such as lighting control, automation, climate systems, networking, security, access control, motorized shading, audio/video and other integrated systems.

Education & Expertise

Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Design from Florida Atlantic University, with additional academic studies in Management Information Systems and Business Administration. This multidisciplinary background contributes to an approach that considers architecture, technology, construction, operations and business objectives simultaneously.

His responsibilities extend across both residential and commercial real estate, with particular experience in sophisticated, design-driven luxury residential development in South Florida.

Strategic Leadership

As Executive Vice President of Design & Construction, Richard helps translate Dome Equities' investment and development objectives into the physical design and execution of real estate assets, maintaining close involvement from initial concept and design through permitting, construction and final execution.

His combination of urban design, licensed construction expertise, technology and development experience supports Dome Equities' integrated approach to creating and improving real estate assets.
